Information for Registering Multiple Employees
Are you the Key Contact for your library? Here is a list of information you will need to know about each employee in order to register them in bulk and generate one invoice.
- Full Name*
- Pronouns
- Name of Library*, City* and State* (these should pre-populate.)
- What category of registration they are* (Full Conference? Or are they a Presenter, Conference Committee Member or a member of VLA Council? If yes, they qualify for the discounted registration rate.)
- Do they want to opt out of the Vendor Attendee List
- Are you purchasing meal tickets for them? (Thursday box lunch is $30, Friday Lunch Buffet is $50.)
- If yes, please indicate all dietary restrictions
- In what type of library do they work?
- How long have they been in librarianship?
- Are any accommodations needed?
