Registration: Open now - September 12, 2018 All registrations received after September 1, 2018 will be required to go green; no print copies of the conference program can be requested. Late Registration: $25 Late Fee for all online registrations between September 13 - 20. No meal tickets can be purchased after September 12, 2018. Online Registration Ends: September 20, 2018 Onsite Registration: Available at the Registration Desk outside the Virginia Room. $50 will be added for all onsite registrations. No meal tickets or printed conference programs available. Cancellation policy: All cancellations are subject to a $25 fee and must be received via email to [email protected] by September 12, 2018. Transfer policy: Registrations are transferable to others in your organization; please provide the full name, email address and dietary restrictions for any transfers. Registration Policy: All attendees must register themselves using their own email address. This is to ensure proper spelling of names, the integrity of requests for special services such as dietary restrictions, and requests for free events and other personalized requests. Additional Fees: VLA will charge a processing fee of $75 per attendee to enter registrations into our database over the phone. Meals at the VLA Conference: If your organization does not pay for meals and you want to add those tickets later (but before September 12), you can log back into your registration form and create a new invoice for your meals, and pay for them separately with a credit card or by mailing a check.
